Pastured Organic Poultry Shares
Here at the Dougherty Farm, we strive to provide the healthiest and most nutritious poultry and eggs to you, our valued customer! All of our poultry is raised cage free and had full access to forage on our pastures and woodlands. During times when forage is limited, we do provide supplemental organic feed for them. They are housed in predator proof coops at night and range throughout the day as they desire.
Chickens
We offer three options of chicken shares: Cornish Cross ($20.00), Heritage Roosters ($20.00), and Rangers ($25.00). We only offer whole shares which equates to a whole bird when they reach processing age. Cornish Cross are available in about 8-10 weeks while the others run about 16-18 weeks.
Ducks
We offer three options of duck shares: Jumbo Pekin ($30.00), Muscovy (95% lean)($35.00), and Runners ($35.00). We only offer whole shares which equates to a whole bird when they reach processing age. Jumbo Pekin are available in about 8-10 weeks while the others run about 16-18 weeks.

Turkeys
We offer two options of turkey shares: Broad Breasted ($45.00) and Heritage Breeds ($50.00). We only offer whole shares which equates to a whole bird when they reach processing age. Turkeys are ready to process in about 16-18 weeks.
Fresh Eggs
Currently we only offer chicken and duck eggs and are subject to supply. They are only available in dozens. Our chicken eggs contain a mix of large to jumbo brown eggs and large easter eggs. Our duck eggs are extra-large to jumbo. Chicken Eggs ($4.00/dz) and Duck Eggs ($5.00/dz)
